History Pulp frontman Jarvis Cocker suggeted it in '95 he wanted to play 2 festivals in 2 locations hence V was born. Held simultaneously at two sites - currently Hylands Park in Chelmsford and Weston Park in South Staffordshire, organised by SJM Concerts.
