Union County MusicFest
Union County MusicFest
MusicFest is a free annual outdoor concert series, presented by the Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders, that runs concurrently with the Union County Fair from September 14 to September 18, 2011 at Oak Ridge Park in Clark, New Jersey.
The 2011 lineup includes top international touring talent, cult favorites and local stars including Blondie, Collective Soul, Neon Trees, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Live's Ed Kowalczyk, Mike Peters of The Alarm, Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes, and The Smithereens.
MusicFest began 14 years ago as a one-day event and since then has grown into the region's premier free public outdoor music festival spanning five days on multiple stages, along with the Union County Fair featuring carnival rides, food and craft vendors, children's activities, BMX stunt riders, and much more.
Saturday's schedule starts with the 5-K Rock 'n' Run and Rock On! Walkathon to raise funds for fighting cancer. For more information on MusicFest, the Union County Fair and the 5-K run and walkathon, visit
