From the 'Screw' video shoot (Theo Red)
'Whip-smart rock.Get What You Came For is one of the best unheralded Irish albums of the past several years'.
Tony Clayton-Lea - Irish Times
In the summer of 2008 Dublin artist 'Theo Red' released the debut album 'Get What You Came For'. The debut single from the record 'This is not an Emergency' was awarded 'Best Alternative Song' at the Malibu Music Awards, LA and the album was also been selected as CD of the fortnight by Ireland's leading music publication, Hot Press.
Most recently Setanta Sports have used Theo's second single release 'Screw' as the new theme music for their 2009 Formula 1 coverage. The album was produced by Peter Eades. (Thin Lizzy, The Four of Us, The Chieftains) The Daily Telegraph in London called it : 'a heavyweight collection of dramatic art rock songs as striking and individual as anything out there'
Theo Red have also recorded a new 'stealth' video to accompany their second single 'Screw'. This is the first time stealth video technology has been used in Ireland for a music video.
