The event is Saturday June 16, 2012.
Starscape is one of the most beloved electronic music festivals in the US, held at a waterfront park in Baltimore City from 2 pm to 6 am.
It's now in its fourteenth year. Due to the capacity of the event (12,500) it hasn't broken into "super festival" status like many of the larger US events so it's more of a throw back to the underground days of the start of the electronic music scene in the US.
