Palko unveil their debut album DREAMERS in The Pavillion, Cork with support from Lynda Cullen and Band. DREAMERS will be available on the night for just €5.

Following on from a well received EP release in 2008, PALKO are gearing up to unveil their debut album DREAMERS in The Pavilion, Cork on March 31st.

PALKO are an energetic, alternative rock band from Cork with a varied and diverse compilation of sounds. Their music is deeply rooted in rock but influences span far wider to funk, soul, traditional and jazz. The band is comprised of Guitars, Bass, Drums and Vocals.

Over the last two years PALKO have been perfecting their live performance playing in venues throughout Cork City and County where they have established a strong fan base. Having already headlined in Cyprus Avenue and played in The Pavilion and An Bróg in Cork, they are now preparing to hit the national live circuit this summer.

PALKO have previously played alongside R.S.A.G and have been finalists in Cork's Red FM Transmission Battle of the Bands competition as well as finalists in U.C.C and C.I.T Battle of the Bands competitions. More recently PALKO played support at the My Evil Ex album launch in The Pavilion, Cork receiving a rapturous reception on the night.

With explosive live performances featuring a mix of 'hard rock & funk' UCC Express including Promised me this and title track Dreamers heralding a mood of smouldering rage. Once labeled as 'entering Therapy territory' Downtown, Evening Echo with tracks like Mind Games, PALKO's debut album DREAMERS is set to take the Irish music scene by storm.
