i love techno (festival in Belgium)

Held in the Flanders Expo in Ghent, Belgium in autumn, every year (this years dates are November 13th 2010).

This is one of the best techno partys in the world. great artists, tons of people & well organised. Lots of really popular electronic music styles. There's also lots of other reasons.

A "must" in your top 10 list!!!



At i love techno festival there are 5 rooms to party at: the Red, the Yellow, the Blue, the Orange and the Green room.

Previous performers at this electro-party include Boys Noize, Justice, Digitalism, Hot Chip, Booka Shade, Underworld, Dave Clarke, Richie Hawtin and Magda.

An estimated 40,000 techno lovers will attend every year.

I Love Techno

It occurs every year around october-november; e.g. this year it is the 13th of november. It's held every year at the Flanders Expo in Ghent, Belgium (East-Flanders). Every year they have around 30.000-35.000 visitors.

Most of the music is techno, house and electronic music.
(also in the name I Love Techno)

There are too many DJs that have played/will play at I Love Techno, but for a more detailed, and exact, list of the DJs, you can reffer to www.wikipedia.com and then search 'I Love Techno' in Dutch/Nederlands (the DJs aren't mentioned in the english page).

Personally i like the music first of all, i thought that the entrance price for a ticket lied around the 50 euros, the drinks are very good, easy accesable (Flanders Expo in Ghent where most if not all of the big events in Belgium are held), i think there will be a new law that big festivals like I Love Techno will be for 18+ only next year (2011) so this may also be great for the people not wanting kids around and a good security detail every year.
