Holi Festival

We play holi in India - I put some color on my sister's face because she is so white :) then she started crying ! This festival is about color. We play with water and dark colours then for 1 month colour was in our body.

*Holi is a 2 day festival. Holi is best spent in Northern India. It occurs in late February or early March. It goes by the Hindu calender an it falls on the Phalgun Purnima (or Pooranmashi, Full Moon). In 2007, Holi was celebrated on 3 March, and the burning of Holika was on 4 March and the Dhulendi on 5 March*
