Frozen-Dead-Guy

When & Where Frozen-Dead-Guy occurs in Nederland Colorado(CO), always on the second full weekend in March.

History In 1989 Norwegian Trygve Bauge brought the corpse of his deceased grandfather, Bredo Morstøl to the United States. Bredo was preserved on dry ice for the trip, then stored in liquid nitrogen at the Trans Time cryonics facility from 1990 to 1993. In 1993 Bredo was transported to the town of Nederland, Colorado. Trygve was deported for overstaying his visa so his mother Aud, continued to keep Bredo cryogenically frozen in her Tuff shed. She got evicted told a local reporter: an awesome bizarre festival was born.
