Distortion Copenhagen 2011
This music festival takes place in Copenhagen at the beginning of June each year. The next Distortion festival is June 1-5 2011.
It's mainly electronic music
with local dj's and PnP (live, DE) Simian Mobile Disco (UK;× MADLIB DJ-set (Stones Throw, US) × J.Rocc (Beat Junkies, US) × Kode 9 (Mr. Hyperdub, UK) × J-WOW Feat. Kalaf (Buraka Som Sistema, PT)
The streetparties are for free and locations change in Copenhagen town from day to day.
Local vendors turn their shops to beer vendors when the parties are on.
The last party was a 5 min rave in the middle of the town on a bridge that goes up and down...
People can join in the party by playing their own music from their apartments...
