This festival has been cancelled for 2011 :(
Cois Farraige 2011 IS OFF :( The festival will return in September 9th, 10th & 11th 2011.
Please don't contact us complaining about the cancellation. We are very upset about the festival being pulled and please complain to the organisers. In our opinion the festival neeeds to be organised earlier in the year - the last few years the decision to run the festival has been taken too late which reduces the tickets sales. T'is a pity as it's a great location for a festival and it was great craic.

Previous Line-ups included
Joe Echo , Laura Izibor , Blizzards , Doves , Jerry Fish and the Mudbug club , Fun Lovin' Criminals , The Saw Doctors , Stereo Mcs , The Zutons , Travis , Supergrass, Seasick Steve , Republic of Loose and The Coronas.

Did you know ? The best months for surf in Ireland is October / November but the waves have yet to really make an impression at Cois Farraige. Cois Fharraige has been unfortunate with the waves - here is the Festivalpig surf forecast from 2009:
Fish and longboards will be weapons of choice. Waves clean but small...that sums up the Atlantic push until Sunday. There'll be some 2-3ft sets with 10 second period and cross/offshore breeze..get to exposed beac...hes of Lahinch and Doughmore for the best of it. High water on Saturday 10.00. Low tide at 17.30. Temperatures, Air 18 celcius a litftle cloudy & Water 15 Celsius.
