Both Worlds
by: Anonymous

The Carnival historically belongs to the Minstrels of the Cape, predominant the Coloured people. The Cape Carnival is something else.

The only way forward for the greatest carnival the world will ever witness will be to incorporate both worlds.

The various minstrel groups have no financial power, our City and Province must invest more in the local troupes. a Common vision for the future is lacking-Nas Abrahams
