Bull dodging in Spain

Just before this picture was taken I had a near death experience. Dodging bulls and all that. Had made excellent preparation.
Didn't go near the dangerous part of the Bull Run. Got a bit of sleep. Not too much to dumb my senses. Drank moderately. Sampled culture. Made nervous small talk with my fellow bull runners.
Ran a safe line. Made it to the bull ring. Had a look around got into the usual "tap the bull on the @ss with a paper thing". Saw the bull run off to the other side of the bull ring.
The crowd around me was confident the bull was at the other side of the ring, as was I. Little did know he was making his way over with his low squat like run beneath our line of view.
1 second after this picture was taken the "baby bull" as people referred to it hit me square on the @ss. We don't have a picture as the camera man was too busy trying to pull the bull off of me !
Lots of bruises 1 cool scar and an addiction to the festival of San Fermins. Worth it.
This is an awesome picture of a festival because it shows how unpredictable festivals are & never just go with the crowd !
Lesson learned. See you next year Pamplona.
