Goran Alavuk Alavux
Alavux real name Goran Alavuk was given someday in January 1980. He is trying to explain his visions of making music easily, but it seems to be complex. His music expression is a gathering mixture of uncles disco, hi nrg, funk, hiphop, and later techno music. Electro came later, almost accidentally, infected by Dave Clarke's “X-Mix 7 Electroboogie 1” who he saw on tv during the day searching for something to watch. He starts to combine funky mechanic synth basslines and raw detroit and european techno rhythms and ofcourse tb-303 sounds, which are the starting point of steping into electronic music especially techno during mid 90's. In 1999 he is buying a Roland MC505 and production has began. Later he formed G+Shame with Bojan Gajic.
His responsibility to produce track and concept for perfoming with, that later be strongest live act/band in Serbia, gathering all equipment which was avalible at the moment. Alavux on the synth computer keyboard, mixing desk, effect processors and bojan on decks, later under huge influences of Kraftwerk music, they doubled live equipment. He gained popularity with G+Shame by winning 1st place at dj/live act state competition, that night he played with one of his music role model Charles Siegling from Technasia. In 1997 he showed up with first track he ever made on radio show called "Fractal" and it reached 4th place in second week. After that starts to co-operate with serbian rappers doing a legendary track "Snovi Su Predskazanje" for motion picture "Dorcol - Manhattan". After this also music soundtrack for motion picture about serbian graffiti artist and it appears on Berlin independent festival and took some awards for it. Also helped hood band "Prototip" about some additional production for Ex Yugoslavian campaign for "Star Wars - Episode I". In 2007 he is also in technical group for popular pop singer Madamme Piano and popular rapper Voodoo Popeye.
