Wakarusa Music Festival - When and Where The Wakarusa Music Festival usually takes place in June. This modest 4 day American music festival takes place Mulberry Mountain, Ozark in Arkansas.

What to expect This is Arkansas premier music event; it's a grassroots music festival but there is a bit o' boutique fashion to it's style. You're best to camp there and enjoy the activities- mass yoga, fishing, fancy dress, hiking, disc golf, kayaking and many more available in the stalls which are confirmed closer the date.

History The first Wakarusa music fest took place in 2004 featuring 70 artists by 2010 there will be an estimated 140 acts- this festival keeps getting stronger!
