When & Where The Victorian Festival Wales usually takes place in the town of Llandrindod in Wales around the last week in August.

What to Expect Buttered muffins, Penny farthings and curly moustaches. But there's also a range of traditional Victorian activities like a Kaleidoscope Theatre, antique fair, a scavenger hunt, shooting party, Victorian Masked Ball, lots of bandstand concerts, a Murder Mystery, a Ceilidh at "At His Lordship's Pleasure". Of course a la "Eyes Wide Shut" there's a Victorian Masked Ball. You can stay active and learn at the bead, flower arranging or hat workshops. The festival also features an excellent fireworks display over the lake.
