What to Expect The main feature of the weekend is the Easter day Parade. There’s lots of events and traditional Irish music sessions to keep you busy. There’s Connemara pony races, jockeys will show their skills at lifting tent pegs from the ground whilst thundering away on a horse.
The Tullamore Irish hurdles is a horse race where locals dress up a horses and vault over slightly smaller hurdles !
