Splendour-in-the-Grass - When & Where The usually takes place at North Byron Parklands site at Yelgun in the Byron Shire but it is moving to Woodford / Woodfordia for 2010. The dates for 2010 are Friday July 30th to Sunday August 1st 2010. What to expect This Australian festival has typically accommodated small numbers like 18,000 people with 2,500 campers but in 2010 as it moves to Woodford hopefully that will change for the better as it's always a sell out festival. Tickets & Line-up Aren't released until May or so.. Splendour Festival HistorySplendour festival is an annual music, arts and youth culture event which has taken place on the usually outskirts of Byron Bay each July/August since 2001.
