Sick of fancy portaloos at festivals and being pampered by hot dog vendors ? check out Nowhere festival in Spain for a different experience. You can volunteer and build shelters, toilets or perhaps work as a 'greeter' providing arrivals with orientation. Art is always being created so maybe you can just give a hand there. When & Where The Going Nowhere Festival usually takes place during the first 2 weeks of July from a Wednesday to a Sunday (the number of days may increase with demand) in the Aragon region of Spain. The Going Nowhere dates for 2010 are 7th-11th July. The nearest small towns are Castejon de Monegros (12km) and Sariñena (19km), and from both directions the last 10km is on gravel roads. What to Expect This Spanish Fiesta is built on similar principles to Burning Man.

Child: 65 euros for children aged 5–12 – on sale until 31 May
Level 1: 95 euros – on sale until 30 April
Level 2: 105 euros – on sale until 31 May
Level 3: 125 euros – on sale until 30 June
Level 4: 175 euros – on sale at the Gate (no gate sales after Friday midday)
