When & Where The Czech Bagpipe Festival is a European festival which usually takes place in the town of Strakonice, Pisecko in South Bohemia in the Czech Republic. It takes place for four days in late August on every second year: evens e.g. 2010, 2012, 2014 etc. The next Bagpipe Festival in Strakonice will take place on August 26th-29th 2010.
