Critical Mass Bicycle - When & Where This festival occurs in cities throughout the world this is a bicycle gathering, sometimes spontaneous, sometimes 'sorta' planned. The most well known Mass's are in New York and London. Sometimes they are once a month, once a year and any amount in between. Popular days to gather are April 22 (Earth Day) and September 22 (International Car Free Day). Budapest estimated 80,000 people participated in their Critical Mass no Earth Day 2008.
