Colorado Dragon Boat Festival

When & Where The Colorado-Dragon-Boat-Festival race usually takes place on the last weekend in July on the shores of Sloan Lake Park in Wheatridge, Colorado- America.

What to expect An awesome competition of beautiful racing Dragon Boats. Up to 50 teams compete in an attempt to win the illustrious "Dragon Cup". There is also an Asian market complete with lots of crafts and foods.

History The Colorado-Dragon-Boat-race began in 2000 to allow the Asian populations celebrate their heritage.
