What to Expect Throngs of people scantily clad dancing the salsa, meringue and the rumba around 40 stages blaring out the sounds of the Caribbean. There’s lots of food stalls, drink promotions and beers too. This is billed as America’s biggest street party. Just to make sure all can participate there’s a designated “kids zone”.
